Renovation That Makes Your Home Work Better
A thoughtful renovation improves what isn’t working and makes the finished home feel more intentional from room to room.

As a trusted renovation contractor serving Worthington, we combine smart design with experienced construction to create spaces that function better, feel more cohesive, and make better use of the home you already love.
A More Thoughtful Way to Renovate
After 20+ years in construction, we know renovations get complicated when design, budget, construction, and communication operate separately. That’s why we keep them connected.

Our integrated design-build process brings planning and construction together from the beginning. Important decisions are made earlier and your renovation has a smoother path from idea to completion.

Your Renovation in Three Clear Steps
1. Consultation & Discovery
We begin by understanding your home, how you use the space, and what you want the renovation to improve.
2. Design & Pre-Construction Planning
Before construction starts, we work through the design, scope, budget, and building plan so the big decisions aren’t being made in the middle of demolition.
3. Build With Precision
Our team brings the plan to life with experienced craftsmanship, clear communication, and close attention to the details that separate a finished project from a well-finished one.
Why Worthington Homeowners Choose Elite
Elite Design & Renovation was built around a simple standard: when we work on someone’s home, doing it “good enough” isn’t good enough.

We intentionally limit the number of projects we take on so each renovation gets the involvement and craftsmanship it deserves. From first conversation through final walkthrough, our goal is to create a home that works better for you now and for years to come.
